Qingdu Studio(이하 “개발자”)는 ComicJet(이하 “앱”) 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각합니다. 본 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 처리하고, 그 정보를 어떻게 이용하고 보호하는지 설명합니다.
1. 개발자가 직접 수집하는 개인정보
개발자는 회원가입 기능을 제공하지 않으며, 이름·주소·전화번호와 같은 개인정보를 직접 수집하거나 별도의 개발자 서버에 저장하지 않습니다.
2. 앱에서 처리되는 정보

3. 기기 권한
앱은 핵심 파일 관리 및 뷰어 기능을 위해 저장공간 또는 모든 파일 접근 권한을 요청할 수 있습니다. 네트워크 권한은 광고, Firebase, Google Play 결제 및 사용자가 선택한 클라우드 서비스 연결에 사용됩니다. 권한은 기기 설정에서 철회할 수 있으나 일부 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다.
4. 제3자 서비스
앱은 기능 제공을 위해 다음 사업자의 서비스를 사용할 수 있으며, 각 사업자는 자체 개인정보처리방침에 따라 정보를 처리합니다.

5. 보유 및 삭제
앱 설정과 이용 기록 등 기기에 저장된 정보는 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 제거를 통해 삭제할 수 있습니다. Google 및 Dropbox가 처리하는 정보의 보유·삭제는 각 서비스의 정책과 사용자 계정 설정에 따릅니다. 클라우드 연결은 앱에서 로그아웃하고 해당 서비스의 계정 보안 설정에서 앱 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다.
6. 정보의 공유 및 판매
개발자는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 정보는 앱 기능 제공, 법적 의무 준수, 보안 및 권리 보호에 필요한 경우에만 위 제3자 서비스 제공자 또는 관계 기관에 제공될 수 있습니다.
7. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 아동을 대상으로 설계되지 않았으며, 개발자는 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 직접 수집하지 않습니다. 아동의 정보가 부적절하게 처리되었다고 판단되는 경우 아래 연락처로 알려주시면 필요한 조치를 취하겠습니다.
8. 보안 및 국외 처리
개발자는 합리적인 기술적·관리적 조치를 사용합니다. 다만 인터넷 전송이나 전자 저장 방식의 절대적인 안전을 보장할 수는 없습니다. 제3자 서비스 이용 과정에서 정보가 이용자의 거주 국가 외 지역에서 처리될 수 있습니다.
9. 방침 변경
본 방침은 앱 또는 관련 법령·서비스의 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경이 있는 경우 이 페이지의 시행일을 갱신하거나 앱 내 적절한 방법으로 안내합니다.

Qingdu Studio (“Developer”) respects the privacy of ComicJet users (the “App”). This policy explains what information is processed and how it is used and protected.
1. Information collected directly by the Developer
The Apps do not provide user registration. The Developer does not directly collect information such as your name, postal address, or telephone number, and does not store such information on a separate Developer-operated server.
2. Information processed through the Apps
- Files and media on your device: Processed locally to browse, view, play, copy, move, delete, or compress files selected by you. These files are not sent to the Developer's server.
- App settings and activity: Display preferences, recent files, browsing history, and identifiers for connected cloud accounts may be stored on your device to provide app functionality.
- Diagnostics and usage data: Firebase services may process app interactions, device and app information, crash logs, and diagnostics for analytics, stability, troubleshooting, and remote configuration.
- Advertising data: In free versions, Google AdMob may process advertising identifiers, approximate location, device information, IP address, and ad interactions to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud.
- Purchase information: When you use donation or subscription features, Google Play processes product details, purchase tokens, and transaction status. The Developer does not directly collect payment-card details.
- Cloud account and files: If you choose to connect Google Drive or Dropbox, authentication data, account identifiers, and cloud files requested by you are processed only as needed to provide that feature.
3. Device permissions
The Apps may request storage or all-files access to provide their core file-management and viewer functions. Network access is used for advertising, Firebase, Google Play purchases, and cloud services selected by you. You can revoke permissions in device settings, although some features may no longer work.
4. Third-party services
The Apps may use the following providers. Each provider processes information under its own privacy policy:
- Google Privacy Policy — Google Play Billing, AdMob, Firebase, and Google Drive
- Dropbox Privacy Policy
5. Retention and deletion
Information stored locally by the Apps can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the App. Information processed by Google or Dropbox is retained and deleted according to those providers' policies and your account settings. You can disconnect a cloud service in the App and revoke the App's access in the security settings of the relevant service.
6. Sharing and sale
The Developer does not sell your personal information. Information may be disclosed to the service providers identified above or to authorities only where necessary to provide app functionality, comply with law, maintain security, or protect rights.
7. Children's privacy
The Apps are not designed specifically for children, and the Developer does not knowingly collect children's personal information directly. If you believe a child's information has been processed inappropriately, contact us so that appropriate action can be taken.
8. Security and international processing
The Developer uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure. Third-party providers may process information outside your country of residence.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the Apps, applicable law, or related services change. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date on this page or through an appropriate in-app notice.
